I had a great experience with Genesis! I wear hearing aids in my ears and I let her know beforehand she was so accommodating and respectful. I have 2 young kids and still need my hair to be out of the way she took away my split ends and breakage but still gave me the length that I wanted. As a mom that doesnt get a lot of me time nowadays, I felt so happy for the care that Genesis provided to my hair and to see the finished product.
